Planning a Wedding in the D!

In the last couple days, I emailed or called a couple vendors about what-have-you. And, they say they’ll get back to you within 24 hours, but theydon’t. Just wondering why they post or say the turnaround response time when it’s not so?
Not to be snarky or anything, but don’t mess with brides.2.be. Say what you mean. Decisions need to be made and I will move on if I don’t hear from you!

I ran into that a lot in the early stages of my planning. Calling people and being told they were on lunch and then they never called back, stuff like that. I don’t know if that’s just a Detroit area thing but it really drove me crazy! The last person you want to P-off is a stressed out bride who is willing to give you money!

I don’t think it’s a Detroit thing, I think this happens EVERYWHERE! The vendor I’m trying to get in touch with is actually from out of state. And, they still haven’t called me back.
I say Grrr.
